Please pray for them to have the courage to come forward and share their stories so we can help them get the support they need and to know with all of their hearts that God does NOT want them going through this alone. Please pray strength and comfort over the parents who are struggling day in and day out to find a way to attach to their child who is acting anything but lovable. Please pray for them to draw as close as they can to God who knows this child intimately and will supply everything they need to find their way into his/her heart and build the bridge into theirs.</span><br /></div><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"> <br /><br />It is a very lonely road to walk when things are not going well after you adopt a child. "What would people think about me if they knew what it is really like at home when no one is around to see - that I am a stranger to my son/daughter? I'm about to give up, but I know I can't and feel so alone." I am receiving email after email with these very painful words. Please friends join me and cover them in prayer - they need to be bathed in His love to keep going on and hear from us - that we are here to support them in any way we can. Reach out to the adoption families in your church and tell them you are here praying for them. You have no idea how deep that will touch their hearts and bring them so much peace - knowing someone cares and is NOT judging them.
